Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Cloaking X. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cloaking X — cloakingx.com and its dashboard — operated by Cloaking X ("we", "us", "our"). If you use Cloaking X on behalf of a company or team, you're confirming you have authority to bind that team to these Terms.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use Cloaking X. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and API key confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.

The Service

Cloaking X is a real-time traffic-filtering and cloaking tool for digital advertisers. It inspects incoming clicks against ad-platform review-crawler signatures, spy-tool/scraper signatures, IP-reputation and datacenter/ASN data, click-ID reuse patterns, a client-side device fingerprint, and an adaptive proof-of-work challenge, then routes each visitor to either your configured money page or a fallback page. Plan tiers (Free, Starter, Pro, Agency, Enterprise) differ in stream count, monthly click allowance, click-history retention, seats, and money pages per stream, as described on our Pricing page.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Cloaking X to:

  • Violate any applicable law.
  • Distribute malware or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Defraud any person, or manufacture fraudulent clicks or impressions against a third party's ad account or ad spend.
  • Infringe anyone else's intellectual property or privacy rights.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your own use of the Service — including your traffic-routing rules and the content of your money and fallback pages — complies with applicable law and with the policies of the ad platforms and payment processors you work with. We do not review or endorse your campaigns, money pages, or fallback pages. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Plans, Trial & Billing

New accounts get a 7-day free trial; no credit card is required to start. After the trial, paid plans are billed in USDT (TRC-20) at the prices listed on our Pricing page. A confirmed payment grants access for a fixed period; we'll email you a reminder before that period ends so you can renew. You can change plans at any time — upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are prorated.

Cancellation & Refunds

Because billing is USDT-only, there's no stored card and no automatic recurring charge — a paid plan simply isn't renewed if you don't send another payment, and the account reverts to Free once the paid period ends. We offer a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate the platform before paying anything. After that, plans are non-refundable, but you can stop renewing at any time.

Your Responsibility for Traffic Data

When you use Cloaking X to filter traffic for your own campaigns, you are the party responsible for the click and visitor data your streams generate — including its lawful collection and any disclosures you owe your own visitors under applicable law. See our Privacy Policy for what we, in turn, collect and retain on your behalf as a result.

Availability & Changes to the Service

We aim to keep Cloaking X available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, plan limits, and pricing may change; the current values are always reflected on our Pricing page.

Intellectual Property

We own the Cloaking X software, brand, and documentation. You own your own campaign configuration, your money-page and fallback-page content, and the data your streams generate. Using the Service doesn't transfer ownership of either party's intellectual property to the other.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — including that it will detect every automated visitor, or that any specific ad platform will approve or maintain a customer's ad account. No filtering tool can guarantee an ad-platform outcome.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloaking X will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost ad spend, lost profits, or ad-account suspension — arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates the Acceptable Use section above, or that we reasonably believe is being used to defraud or abuse the Service or a third party.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Cloaking X after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
